Booking Guidelines:
How to book VR sessions for 1 or more players:

Input the # of players
Select your Date
Select Duration (length of play time)
Select your start Time
Fill out name, email and phone # of person paying for the booking
- We will send an email confirmation, receipt and links to online waivers
Answer a couple of questions

Info to Know:

Arrive on time for your booking. Late arrivals are not guaranteed their full session time.

Expect to be in the Arcade 15-20 minutes longer than the duration you book. Example: If you book an hour session that starts @ 3pm, plan to be in the Arcade from 3 – 4:15 or 4:20 pm.

Bookings are based on 1 person per VR station. Sharing VR stations/headsets is not permitted.

VR Stations are equipped with 1 headset, 2 controllers, and 60+ virtual reality games and experiences. Stations are reserved by time increments. During your session, you may switch games or experiences. Switching time is counted as part of your play time.

If any technical issues arise during your session, we will stop your time and only restart the timer once your issue is resolved.

If you have your own Steam account with your own library of VR games, then you can log into your personal account and play!

Cancelling and/or Rescheduling Policy:

Cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your VR session*. Bookings are non-refundable within 24 hours of your original session start time, so please call 682-404-6445 to discuss re-scheduling. There is a $10 rescheduling fee for rescheduling w/in 24 hours of the start of your original session.

*Party and Full Arcade bookings are subject to different booking/cancellation policies than individual stations.

Late Arrivals and No Shows:

Late arrivals may not receive their full session time if it will impact other bookings. Late arrivals may need to be scheduled to another time or day, based on availability.

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled booking, and you have not called ahead, you are considered a No Show, which is non-refundable. Please call 682-404-6445 if you are running late or think you will run late, so we can work with you. We want you to have your full session time!
