1 player locked in (VR) with a bomb, will the bomb experts save the day?

Each player gets a turn in the headset. The other players are Bomb Experts
The Bomb experts can’t see the bomb, so them and the player who sees the bomb has to talk it out, or the bomb goes BOOM!

Info to Know:

Arrive on time. Expect to be in the Arcade 15 minutes longer than the session you book. A 1 hour booking for 2 people @ 3pm would last from 3pm – 4:15pm.

Booking:

For Shared Options (2 Shared Headsets, 3 Shared Headsets or KTANE Group Session), book per group.

For other options (Escape rooms, packages, freestyle, Parties, etc), you are booking for each player. You need to book for the number of people who want to play. Each player will get a VR station with headset, controllers and dedicated playspace. You can play multiplayer games, we’ll show you how!

Cancellations, Late Arrivals and No Show Policy*:

Cancellations:

Get a full refund or rebook without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your VR session*. Cancellations w/in 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable, so please call 682-404-6445 to discuss re-scheduling. There is a $10 rescheduling fee for rescheduling w/in 24 hours of the start of your original booking. Any cancellations and/or rescheduling fees are based on the original date of the VR Session booked.

Late Arrivals:

Late arrivals are not guaranteed the full session time and may need to be rescheduled, based on that day’s availability and other factors. Please call 682-404-6445 if you are running late, so we can work with you. We want you to have your full session time, but cannot impact other customer’s bookings.

*Party, Team Building and Full Arcade bookings are subject to different booking/cancellation policies than individual Packages, Freestyle or Escape Rooms.

No Shows:

No Shows are non-refundable. A no show when you don’t show up for your booking/session w/in 15 minutes of the original session time and you have not contacted the Arcade. Please call 682-404-6445 if you are running late or think you will run late, so we can work with you. We always try to get you all your time!
